Associate Director of People & Culture

Salary: £58,216 - £64,685 + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity

Investigo is proud to be partnering with Cycling UK to appoint their next Associate Director of People & Culture. This is an exciting time to join as the organisation enters its next phase of development and growth. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations and working closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Trustees, the Associate Director of People & Culture will act as the organisation's senior people leader, driving a progressive and ambitious people strategy.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring people, culture and organisational capability remain central to Cycling UK's future success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering the People & Culture strategy
  • Workforce planning and organisational design
  • Leadership development and organisational capability
  • Culture, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion
  • Employee relations and trade union engagement
  • HR governance, risk and compliance
  • People analytics and workforce reporting
  • Enhancing the employee value proposition
  • Leading and developing a proactive, high-performing People team

This is a predominantly home-based role, with attendance at the London or Surrey office typically required at least one day per week.
