The Role: Support Regional Head – Property Manager
Responsibilities
Support the Regional Head with:
- Team management and development, fostering collaboration and growth
- Business development, including attending regional meetings and identifying new opportunities
- Financial administration, including:
- Forecasting and fee billing
- Cash collection and debt management (aligned with key targets)
- Risk and compliance management, ensuring adherence to regulations
- Client reporting:
- Write monthly/quarterly reports
- Present insights at client meetings
- Lease administration:
- Maintain up-to-date lease data with in-house teams
- Handle occupier queries regarding rent, service charges, and management
- Liaise with:
- Tenants on landlord-tenant matters (e.g., rent reviews, lease renewals, applications)
- Building managers and FM teams on maintenance, repairs, and operations
- Sustainability team to embed ESG best practices
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Set up new properties and instructions

Requirements
Experience
- Preference for candidates with experience in:
- Property management (commercial real estate strongly favoured)
- Landlord and tenant relations (e.g., lease renewals, rent reviews)
- Blue-chip companies or high-volume client environments
- Business development and relationship management
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and property management software like Voyager (not essential).
Skills
- Strong commercial intuition and development experience
- Communication with clients and high attention to detail
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative team
- Growth mindset with a desire to expand knowledge in commercial real estate
- Experience under pressure with urgency and adaptability

Qualifications
- Industry qualification (e.g., RICS) is ideal but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Any experience lacking in this list is expected to be balanced by enthusiasm, learning agility, and passion.
