Job Description: Property Management / Business Development Support Role

Responsibilities
Our Property/Business Development Support role entails:
Business & Client Management
- Support the Regional Head in team leadership and development
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Attend all regional business development meetings
- Produce monthly/quarterly client reports and represent the team in meetings
- Liaise with occupiers on rent, service charge disputes, and management inquiries

Finance & Governance
- Assist with regional financial administration, including:
- Forecasting, fee billing, cash collection, and detailed debt management
- Risk assessment and compliance adherence
- Partner with in-house data teams to ensure up-to-date lease documentation
Property Operations
- Manage landlord-tenant interactions, including:
- Rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant applications
- Resolving formal legal proceedings under tenant agreements
- Collaborate with building managers and facilities teams on:
- Maintenance, repairs, and operational issues
- Daily property inspections and new property onboarding
Compliance & Sustainability
- Implement ESG best practices in alignment with our sustainability team
- Ensure properties adhere to environmental, social, and governance standards
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced property management or commercial real estate environment
- Proven business generation or client-facing skills (preferably in real estate)
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant dynamics (ideally experience in due diligence/leasing)
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- High commercial awareness and decision-making under pressure
- Technical proficiency in:
- Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing
- Prefference for experience with lease administration software (e.g., Voyager)

Preferred Assets
- RICS Qualification (not mandatory if balanced by relevant industry experience)
- Hands-on experience with property analytics, invoicing systems, or financial forecasting
- Familiarity with property management SERVICES
