Job Description: Property Management / Business Development Support Role

Responsibilities

Our Property/Business Development Support role entails:

Business & Client Management

  • Support the Regional Head in team leadership and development
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Attend all regional business development meetings
  • Produce monthly/quarterly client reports and represent the team in meetings
  • Liaise with occupiers on rent, service charge disputes, and management inquiries

Finance & Governance

  • Assist with regional financial administration, including:
    • Forecasting, fee billing, cash collection, and detailed debt management
    • Risk assessment and compliance adherence
  • Partner with in-house data teams to ensure up-to-date lease documentation

Property Operations

  • Manage landlord-tenant interactions, including:
    • Rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant applications
    • Resolving formal legal proceedings under tenant agreements
  • Collaborate with building managers and facilities teams on:
    • Maintenance, repairs, and operational issues
    • Daily property inspections and new property onboarding

Compliance & Sustainability

  • Implement ESG best practices in alignment with our sustainability team
  • Ensure properties adhere to environmental, social, and governance standards

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced property management or commercial real estate environment
  • Proven business generation or client-facing skills (preferably in real estate)
  • Familiarity with landlord-tenant dynamics (ideally experience in due diligence/leasing)
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • High commercial awareness and decision-making under pressure
  • Technical proficiency in:
    • Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing
    • Prefference for experience with lease administration software (e.g., Voyager)

Preferred Assets

  • RICS Qualification (not mandatory if balanced by relevant industry experience)
  • Hands-on experience with property analytics, invoicing systems, or financial forecasting
  • Familiarity with property management SERVICES
