Property Management Assistant – Regional Support Role

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Team & Regional Support:
    • Manage and develop a team as delegated by the Regional Head.
    • Attend all regional business development meetings.

  • Financial & Administrative Functions:

    • Assist in forecasting, fee billing, cash collection, and debt management against targets.
    • Maintain compliance, risk assessment, and reporting for regional operations.
  • Client Relations & Reporting:

    • Produce monthly/quarterly reports and attend client meetings.
    • Manage rent, service charge, and tenant queries effectively.
  • Property & Tenant Management:

    • Handle landlord-tenant formalities, including rent reviews, lease renewals, tenant applications, and related enquiries.
    • Liaise with building managers and facilities teams on maintenance/operations.
    • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • ESG & Strategic Initiatives:

    • Connect with our sustainability team to align properties with ESG best practices.
  • Team & Growth:

    • Identify and generate new business development opportunities.
    • Work with client-facing data teams on lease updates.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • RICS Qualified (but not mandatory)—commercial property industry experience is key.
  • Busy office/property management environment exposure (preferably prior tenure).
  • Proven expertise in Landlord & Tenant matters.

Essential Competencies

  • Customer-centric communication for client, tenant, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with IT proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editors).
  • Property management software knowledge (e.g., Voyager—advantageous).
  • Collaborative adaptability to integrate seamlessly in teams.

  • Development business experience with an existing client base.
