Summary

We’re seeking an Associate Director of Sales Operations—a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, executing results, and scaling processes. While prior Sales Operations experience isn’t mandatory, we seek candidates with operational agility, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to build and optimize workflows in high-growth environments. Your ** AI-driven insights** and team leadership will directly influence revenue, scalability, and replicable excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale critical sales operations functions:

  • Technology and System Optimization
    • Design and enhance sales systems (CRM, analytics) for data accuracy and productivity.
    • Drive AI integration into workflows (compensation analysis, forecasting, process automation).
  • Strategic Execution & Analytics
    • Deliver actionable sales reporting, forecasting, and compensation insights to leadership.
    • Define and track KPIs (revenue targets, team performance, operational efficiency).
  • Process and Team Leadership
    • Oversee territory alignment, pipeline management, and compensation planning.
    • Develop sales enablement programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success to align workstreams.
    • Bridge gaps between operations and execution teams to ensure scalability.
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead/participate in high-impact projects (system implementations, process enhancements).

Qualifications

Essential Experience

7–10+ years in operations, business operations, or strategy (no strict Sales Operations requirement), with:

  • 3+ years leading teams (cross-functional alignment, resource distribution).
  • Proven success in scaling processes at high velocity.
  • Strong analytical acumen to translate data into decision-making recommendations.
  • Technology-savvy: CRM experience (Salesforce+) is preferred, but system adoption (new tools, automation) is critical.
  • Communication expertise: Clear cross-level collaboration, reputation for driving change.
  • Organisational skills: Thrives in multi-priority, ambiguous environments with swift delivery.
  • AI hands-on expertise: Demontratble tools implementation (e.g., AI-driven insights, process automation) with measurable impact.

Experience in:

  • Compensation planning/forecasting (variable structures, incentive models).
  • Enterprise Sales Operations (large-scale commercial environments).
  • Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or related fields.
