Our client is a specialist project management consultancy delivering ultra high-end, bespoke developments across the UK and internationally. They work on some of the world's most prestigious luxury residential, hospitality and leisure projects, partnering with leading architects, designers and consultants to deliver exceptional schemes from concept through to completion.
Their projects are characterised by complex stakeholder environments, exceptional design quality and meticulous attention to detail, offering the opportunity to work on truly unique developments.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the growing team, taking a leading role in the delivery of luxury hospitality and residential projects.
The immediate focus will be delivering the refurbishment and redevelopment of a landmark 5-star hotel in Central London, while also supporting a wider portfolio of international projects. The role will involve managing projects from early feasibility and design development through procurement, construction and final handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-end hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage projects from concept, design and procurement through construction and handover.
- Lead multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
- Provide commercial oversight, programme management and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project budgets, reporting and governance.
- Chair project meetings and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered to exceptional quality standards.
- Support business development and contribute to client growth where appropriate.
- Travel internationally to oversee projects and attend client meetings as required.

About You
- Experience delivering luxury hospitality, residential or high-end commercial projects.
- Consultancy or client-side project management background.
- Proven experience leading complex projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, programmes and risk.
- Comfortable operating autonomously while managing multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Degree qualified in a construction or property-related discipline.
- Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent) would be advantageous but is not essential.
