Associate Director – Land & Investment

Location: Edinburgh

About the Role

A leading and highly regarded property consultancy is seeking an Associate Director to join its Land & Investment team based in Edinburgh.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated land and development professional to join an established team with a strong presence throughout Scotland. You’ll collaborate closely with landowners, developers, investors, and institutional clients, supporting the ongoing expansion of the business in the Scottish market.

The successful candidate will drive significant land and development transactions, offer strategic advice to clients, and secure new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Land & Development Transactions
    • Manage projects from initial instruction through to completion.
