Associate Director – Land & Investment
Location: Edinburgh
Role Overview A highly respected and market-leading property agency is looking to hire an Associate Director to join their Land & Investment team in Edinburgh.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious land and development professional to join a well-established team with a strong reputation across Scotland. The role involves advising landowners, developers, investors, and institutional clients, while helping to drive the continued growth of the business in the Scottish market.
The position entails delivering high-profile land and development transactions, providing strategic advice to clients, and identifying opportunities to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities Transaction Management: Leading land and development transactions from instruction through to completion. Client Relationship Management: Managing and developing key client relationships. Business Development: Originating new instructions and contributing to fee generation. Strategic Advisory: Providing strategic advice on land, development, and investment opportunities. Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues across the wider business to deliver client solutions. Mentorship: Mentoring and supporting junior team members. Team Strategy: Contributing to team strategy, growth, and overall performance.
