Join a global Markets team where operational excellence meets client impact. As an Associate Director in the Client & Sales Solutions Group (CSSG), you will help empower Sales teams worldwide by delivering high-quality pre-trade and post-trade support, improving processes, and strengthening the overall client experience. This role sits at the heart of Global Markets, partnering with Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to drive efficiency, scale best practices, and support a dynamic trading environment.

As an Associate Director within Markets Sales Support, you will play a key role in supporting Global Markets Sales teams across regions. You will act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, helping to streamline operational processes, resolve client and sales queries, and enhance productivity across the trade lifecycle.

Working closely with Global Markets Operations, Sales, Markets COO teams, and product partners, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, support new product rollouts, and help build scalable solutions that improve both internal efficiency and the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with global Markets Sponsors Sales teams to deliver responsive and client-focused support.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Sales queries, including account opening coordination and operational requests.
  • Manage and resolve Sales and client escalations with strong ownership and sound judgement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repeatable processes, and improve productivity.
  • Use management information and data insights to identify recurring issues and drive root-cause improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, COO, Operations, and Product teams to support new product enablement and implementation of controls.
  • Coordinate and support client testing for product launches, enhancements, and process changes.
  • Contribute to global consistency by partnering with regional teams and hubs to standardise processes and best practices.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Sales support model.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
