Associate Director Wanted

Charters is looking for an ambitious and experienced Associate Director to join our growing Estate Agency team at our established, award-winning Worthing branch, with a competitive salary, commission structure, and company benefits.

Role Overview

As Associate Director, you will play a key role in developing a busy Sales team, winning instructions, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing property professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and an inspiring leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and secure high-value instructions
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead residential sales performance, driving growth and results
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop a successful sales team
  • Expertly negotiate sales transactions from instruction to completion
  • Champion business development initiatives to increase market share and profitability
