Role: Full-time, permanent Location: Stockley Park, West London Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits
Contract: This role will be based on site, 5 days per week
The Role
Purpose
To lead and coordinate all Marketing activities related to Speciality brands within the EMENA Region. Responsible for strategic planning with go-to-market (GTM) strategy and launch readiness, ensuring successful commercialisation in all approved indications. Requires cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders including:
- Local Affiliate Teams
- Commercial Department
- Marketing Department
- Market Access
- Medical Affairs
- Regulatory Affairs
- Business Development
- External Partners (liaising for alignment and effective communication)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and lead Global / EMENA Strategy for Speciality & Novel brands, focusing on current & future oncology indications
- Formulate long-term & short-term commercial strategies to maximise oncology market potential
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities & trends in oncology, particularly for speciality brands
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for Speciality brands in the EMENA region, including:
- Market segmentation
- Targeting strategies
- Positioning for newly approved & future indications
- Support global marketing campaigns, leveraging digital & traditional channels
- Collaborate with the Global Market Access Team and oversee sales strategies to drive:
- Product adoption
- Market penetration (pricing, reimbursement, distribution for newly approved products)

Launch Readiness in EMENA
1. Market Preparation
- Assess and ensure launch readiness in EMENA countries for newly approved & future indications, covering:
- Regulatory approvals
- Market access
- Distribution channels
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Work closely with external & internal Regulatory Teams to:
- Navigate approval processes across EMENA countries
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Support Medical Affairs Team in:
- Building & maintaining relations with:
- Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Regulatory Bodies
- Building & maintaining relations with:
- Facilitate smooth market entry for newly approved products
4. Training & Support
- Develop & implement training programs for local teams to prepare for product launches
- Take P&L responsibility for the franchise component within EMENA
Commercial Excellence
- Collaborate with AVP SFE to implement Commercial Excellence frameworks
- Use data analytics & market insights to drive decision-making and optimise commercial operations
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with:
- KOLs
- Academic research institutions
- Oncology field experts
- Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings & events

The Person
Key Requirements
Experienced, results-driven candidate with:
- Proven expertise in business development & deep understanding of the global oncology market, particularly with Speciality brands
- Degree (or equivalent) with extensive pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Detailed knowledge of branded pharmaceutical marketing
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
- Ability to drive strategic execution with:
- Leadership & team collaboration
- Creativity in competitive environments
- Clinical data evaluation skills, critical analysis of reports
- Insight into drug development & production processes
- Flexible, organised, with strong planning & coordination abilities
- Fluent verbal & written English
- Willingness to travel as required
