Inviting applications for the role of Associate Director – People Advisory Services
As a senior leader within our People Advisory team, you will partner with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business transformation and growth. You will lead large-scale change initiatives, organizational design, talent and leadership development, and workforce planning, using data-driven insights to deliver measurable impact. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, develop high-performing teams, and help organizations navigate complex people and transformation challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of People Advisory strategies, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage large-scale workforce transformation and change management projects to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies that enable organizational agility and growth.
- Oversee organizational impact assessments and risk analyses to inform change interventions and workforce planning.
- Implement leadership development, talent management, and succession planning programs to build organizational capability.
- Monitor program effectiveness using data-driven metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve People Advisory services.
- Provide guidance and expertise to business leaders on complex people and change challenges to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Manage and develop high-performing People Advisory teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Education:
- Bachelors in Business Administration
- Bachelors in Economics
- Bachelors in Finance
- Masters in Business Administration
- Masters in Business Analytics
Professional Experience and Years of Experience:
- AI/ML Ops with 5-10 Years.
- Client Relationships with 5-10 Years.
- Critical Thinking with 5-10 Years.
- Executive Presence with 5-10 Years
- Generative AI with 5-10 Years
