Associate Director: HEOR (UK / US Remote)
Role Overview: Senior client-facing role in HEOR/RWE consulting, supporting pharma and biotech clients in developing evidence strategies for market access, regulatory approval, and value demonstration.
This role is suited to an experienced HEOR/RWE professional who has transitioned from a technical scientific background into client leadership and commercial/account growth responsibilities. A strong commercial track record is essential, including experience generating or managing approximately $1M+ in revenue or book of business (or equivalent responsibility)
Key Responsibilities: Advise pharma and biotech clients on HEOR/RWE strategy, study design, and evidence planning Lead delivery of HEOR/RWE projects and oversee internal scientific teams Act as senior point of contact for key client accounts Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships Drive account growth and support business development through proposals and pitches Manage or contribute to a ~$1M+ book of business or equivalent revenue responsibility Mentor junior team members and support capability development

Requirements Strong background in HEOR, RWE, epidemiology, health economics, or related field Experience in pharma, biotech, consulting, or market access environments Proven progression from technical/scientific roles into client-facing and commercial roles Proven $1M sales track record or experience managing a $1M+ book of business Experience leading projects and managing senior client relationships independently Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated commercial mindset and business growth capability

Ideal Profile 7+ years’ experience in relevant HEOR/RWE or consulting roles Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD or equivalent) Experience leading HEOR/RWE evidence generation projects Comfortable engaging senior pharmaceutical and biotech stakeholders Strong blend of scientific credibility and commercial ownership
