We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director (Project Management) to join our London team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience across complex residential and mixed-use developments, with the ability to lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive commercial performance across multiple schemes.
This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential and mixed-use developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to a Director while leading high-profile projects and supporting the continued growth of the business.
We value individuals who are strategically and commercially astute, forward-thinking, and have a strong interest in innovation, technology, and data-led approaches that enhance project delivery and reporting across their portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple complex projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client and business objectives
- Manage programme performance, project risk, and senior stakeholder coordination across multiple schemes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
- Drive commercial performance across projects, including fees, appointments, and business risk management
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation
- Chair senior project meetings and support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to business growth, team development, and the continued evolution of project management capability across the business
- Support the adoption of digital and data-led approaches to project delivery and reporting

What We’re Looking For
- MRICS or another relevant professional qualification preferred
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership capability, and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills
- Deep understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry
- Experience managing project risk, programme delivery, and commercial performance
- Passion for innovation, technology, and data-driven approaches within project management
- Ability to build high-performing teams and support the development of junior colleagues
