We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director (Project Management) to join our London team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience across complex residential and mixed-use developments, with the ability to lead project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive commercial performance across multiple schemes.

This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential and mixed-use developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to a Director while leading high-profile projects and supporting the continued growth of the business.

We value individuals who are strategically and commercially astute, forward-thinking, and have a strong interest in innovation, technology, and data-led approaches that enhance project delivery and reporting across their portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple complex projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client and business objectives
  • Manage programme performance, project risk, and senior stakeholder coordination across multiple schemes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
  • Drive commercial performance across projects, including fees, appointments, and business risk management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation
  • Chair senior project meetings and support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to business growth, team development, and the continued evolution of project management capability across the business
  • Support the adoption of digital and data-led approaches to project delivery and reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
