The Role
My client, a go ahead firm of construction project management consultants, is now seeking an Associate Director to help run a small office in Berkshire and who can help to bring in new clients as well as run current workload.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who has some experience of business development as well as running large property portfolios doing project management for new build, refurbishment, and fit out.
Projects are generally for large estate holders who have multiple buildings.

They have an office in Bristol and now one in Berkshire and are expanding.
The Candidate
You will be a Project Manager in the Building Construction industry working for a firm of Construction Consultants.
You should have a construction-related Degree in Construction Project Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
You will be MRICS or similarly qualified.
You will ideally have been working at at least Associate Project Manager level or Associate Director and had some involvement with business development, doing fee proposals, bids, and client networking.

You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels. You need to be highly articulate and confident.
You should be able to run and help to grow a small office.
Salary will be negotiable according to your level of experience.
