Vercity Group are looking to recruit an Associate Director in the Programme & Project Management Team of our Professional Services Division.
Vercity Group is responsible for involvement in the management of over £30 billion of public sector assets and infrastructure in the UK & North America. As well as being a market leader in SPV / PFI management, we also have a thriving and growing Professional Services offering.
Reporting to our Programme and Project Advisory Director you will play a key role in identifying and shaping PPM opportunities as well as delivering high-profile projects. The role will be varied and largely driven by you and the engagements you & the team deliver. Duties will include, but not restricted to:

The Role
- Client engagement and solution identification
- Bid preparation and presentation
- Design and deliver engagement in line with Professional Services and Vercity systems
- Manage all elements of delivery including operational, financial, commercial ensuring budgetary control, effective resource management and benefit realisation
- Managing risks ensuring first class governance and assurance
The Candidate
- A holder of a recognised project management qualification and APM membership, or equivalent
- Proven experience in project management, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Proven record of service delivery, ideally within a Professional Services environment with strong exposure to Capital Delivery and Real Estate
- Strong communication, presentation, report writing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify and execute revenue opportunities and to be able to work off your own initiative as a result of your breadth of experience
