Role Description
The Associate Director - Property Management is a full-time, office-based role in London. This role oversees day-to-day property management activities for a portfolio that may include town centre assets, shopping malls, retail parks, and mixed-use schemes. Responsibilities include:

- Managing service delivery, tenant relationships, lease compliance, and operational standards.
- Coordinating with facilities, leasing, and asset management teams.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, reviewing financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve asset value and customer experience.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development as needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Strong skills in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate to oversee complex assets and tenant portfolios.
- Lease Administration skills to manage lease records, compliance, renewals, and rent reviews.
- Budgeting skills to prepare, monitor, and report on property operating budgets and financial performance.
- Customer Service skills to maintain professional tenant relationships and support positive occupier and visitor experiences.
- Experience with UK retail and mixed-use properties, knowledge of relevant legislation and health and safety standards, and proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., real estate, property management, RICS or equivalent) and experience in a senior property management role are highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
