Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit?

Founded in 2012 by Daniel Gilbert, we were built by engineers before we were a media agency. Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbers across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.

What's The Role

As a retail media practitioner you’ll help to shape and then oversee delivery of work for clients. You will help to define the objectives of the work, and measure the success/impact, in line with overall campaign objectives and wider client-centric KPIs, actively managing the workload of the delivery team to enable this. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice.

What You Do

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of retail media campaigns, including planning, budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • You’ll actively contribute to developing the retail media best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • You’ll lead and mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge across all Retail Media networks.
  • You’ll help shape the story of what Retail Media is at Brainlabs, helping to tell a consistent narrative to our internal partners and both current and prospective clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
