JOB TITLE: Associate Director (Social and Commercial)

SALARY: Up to £55k

LOCATION: London - 3 days a week in the office

KEY DUTIES

  • Manage client relationships, lead projects successfully, ensuring expectations, timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
  • Oversee project finances, maintain profitability, prepare costings, write proposals, and grow client accounts.
  • Ensure deliverable quality, drive business development, and mentor junior team members effectively daily.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previously managed quantitative tracking studies end-to-end, designing surveys, analysing trends, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Previously presented findings confidently using Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software with exceptional accuracy.
  • Demonstratable experience of financial awareness, organisational skills, and AI knowledge to enhance research effectiveness consistently.
