Your impact
As a Solutions Manager at Jacobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions that enable our customers to solve their most complex challenges. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, technical excellence, and client delivery—translating business needs into scalable, value-driven outcomes that align with Jacobs’ purpose: creating a more connected, sustainable world.
Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the development of solution architectures, bid strategies, delivery models, and value propositions that strengthen Jacobs’ position as a trusted partner. You will bring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive growth and excellence across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development—from discovery and requirements analysis through to design, costing, and handover into delivery.
- Translate client needs, industry trends, and operational requirements into clear, compelling, and deliverable solution architectures.
- Partner with technical subject matter experts (SMEs), delivery teams, and business leaders to co-create integrated, cross-capability solutions.
Requirements
- Experience leading solution design, bid development, project management, or strategy work within a complex or multi-disciplinary environment.
- Ability to translate business challenges into structured, value-driven solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience with costing, delivery models, and value assessment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
