Associate Director | Specialist Property Finance | Bridging Finance | Development Finance
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proven originator to join a specialist property lender with significant funding capacity, ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation within the market. This is a senior appointment for an Associate Director who can leverage an established network of brokers, introducers, developers and professional contacts to generate new lending opportunities and drive substantial business growth.
About the Company
Our client is an established and well-funded specialist lender operating within the UK property finance market. Known for providing flexible lending solutions, fast decision-making and outstanding service levels, the business is continuing to expand its market presence and lending book.
About the Role
You will be responsible for originating new business opportunities across bridging finance, development finance and specialist property lending. You will build and manage introducer relationships, increase deal flow and work closely with credit and underwriting teams to deliver successful lending outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate and convert new lending opportunities.
- Develop relationships with brokers, introducers, developers and investors.
- Grow lending volumes across bridging and development finance.
- Manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline of opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking activities.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed agreed lending and revenue targets.

Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a Lending Director, Associate Director or Originator within the property finance sector.
- Strong experience in bridging finance, development finance, commercial lending or specialist property finance.
- Demonstrable success generating lending opportunities and revenue growth.
- Established broker and introducer network.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute and target driven.
- Strong understanding of the UK property lending market.
