Associate Town Planner
Colchester
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Our client, an established planning and surveying consultancy, are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Town Planner to work out of their Colchester offices. The successful Associate Town Planner can expect to take on a varied workload, preparing applications for land, residential, and commercial developments.

Ideal Candidate
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline
- Chartered Member of the RTPI
- Extensive town planning experience within the private sector
- Ability to prepare high quality written reports
Responsibilities
- Undertake site development appraisals
- Deliver expert strategic planning advice to clients
- Prepare planning applications and appeals
