The Role
As part of the Cardiff Planning team, you will take a leading role in delivering key projects across:
- Strategic planning
- Development management
- Project coordination
You will engage with a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the Cardiff office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in planning-related roles
- MRTPI accreditation
- A strong understanding of commercial planning environments, including forward planning and development management
- In-depth knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to high professional standards
- Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills
- Experience in client-facing situations and project leadership
- Advantageous: Previous experience working in the local/regional area
