The Role

As part of the Cardiff Planning team, you will take a leading role in delivering key projects across:

  • Strategic planning
  • Development management
  • Project coordination

You will engage with a diverse portfolio of private and public sector clients, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the Cardiff office.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in planning-related roles
  • MRTPI accreditation
  • A strong understanding of commercial planning environments, including forward planning and development management
  • In-depth knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to high professional standards
  • Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills
  • Experience in client-facing situations and project leadership
  • Advantageous: Previous experience working in the local/regional area
