Associate Director – Financial Due Diligence

We're working with a highly respected, award-winning advisory firm that is continuing to invest in and grow its Deal Services team. As part of this expansion, we're looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Director with a strong background in Financial Due Diligence to play a key role in delivering complex transactions and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad range of sectors.
The Opportunity
You'll lead Financial Due Diligence engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with Partners while managing project teams and developing strong client relationships. Alongside delivering high-quality technical work, you'll also contribute to business development and help shape the future growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Due Diligence engagements, reporting directly to Partners.
- Manage and mentor fieldwork teams throughout transactions.
- Analyse financial information and prepare clear, insightful due diligence reports.
- Work closely with clients, target businesses and other professional advisers throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Build sector expertise and provide commercial insight to clients.
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.
About You
We're keen to speak with commercially minded professionals who combine strong technical expertise with excellent relationship-building skills.
You'll ideally have:
- ACA (or equivalent) qualification.
- Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience.
- A proven track record of leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments.
- Experience producing high-quality, value-added due diligence reports.
- Excellent commercial awareness and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
- A solid understanding of transaction and deal mechanics.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
