Capital Programme/Infrastructure Surveyor (MRICS) – Peterborough
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Capital Programme/Infrastructure Surveyor to join our Corporate Account Management team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will possess MRICS qualification and a strong background in rural or utilities sectors.
This pivotal role within the Corporate Account Management team involves:
- Providing strategic leadership to a multicultural delivery team
- Overseeing planning and execution of capital delivery services for Savills Infrastructure and Utility clients
- Driving performance, governance, and professional standards across all project phases
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve optimal client outcomes
Based in Peterborough (on-site at Savills and client offices) with flexible work-from-home options when suitable.

Team Overview
Our Corporate Account Management team in Peterborough (part of Global Occupier Services) comprises 23 specialists who deliver tailored real estate solutions to corporate clients. Key focuses include:
Core Service Offering
- Global real estate and infrastructure services for corporate occupiers
- Relationship-driven expertise in process management and strategic real estate advisory
- Specialisation in utilities and capital project delivery, including:
- Securing permissions and acquisitions across utility sectors (e.g., linear infrastructure)
- Uncompromising QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment) standards
- Industry-leading training & data management to deliver bespoke, high-standard solutions
