The Role You will join a thriving Employment & Partnerships practice, advising on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The work is varied and complex, including high-value litigation, partnership and senior executive advisory work, as well as day-to-day HR matters. This role offers exceptional client exposure and the opportunity to contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.

What They’re Looking For 2-4 years’ PQE within a strong employment practice Experience covering both contentious and non-contentious matters Skilled in advising employers and senior executives on contracts, disputes and exits Strong academics and excellent client-facing skills Enthusiastic, proactive and team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver a first-class client service
