- Associates (graduates commencing in September 2026)
- Senior Associates with European language skills

Core Responsibilities
Associate & Senior Associate (On-the-Desk & Rotational Program)
Market Exposure & Strategic Development
- Industry specialisation through a two-year rotational program across four core segments, enabling tailored expertise aligned with personal interests and team fit.
- Full participation in revenue-generating Principalships, with increasing responsibility over time:
- Managing retained search mandates from ideation to delivery.
- Sourcing and assessing top-tier candidates for Board & C-Suite roles.
- Profiling market leaders via competitive benchmarking and tailored intelligence reports.
- Client-side execution of projects, including proposals, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

Core Responsibilities
- Identifying, researching, and assessing high-potential candidates for retained mandates.
- Building and maintaining proactive networks across EMEA and North America to source talent.
- Providing forensic competitor analysis, including strategy overviews and bespoke insights.
- Supporting pre-pitch/due diligence and strategic projects for clients.
- Handling active mandate execution and proactive outreach to nurture long-term relationships with leaders in target markets.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree or master’s degree (any discipline), paired with either:
- Fresher graduate (commencing September 2026) or
- 1–4 years’ experience in:
- Executive search
- Recruitment
- Consulting (transferable roles welcome, including law training, expert networks, or grad schemes.)
- Mindset & Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined research skills.
- High energy, inquisitive approach with commercial acumen.
- Natural rapport-building—excels in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
- Commitment to ambitious career growth in retained ‘C-level’ executive search.
- Plus Factor: European language fluency (highly desirable)

Compensation & Development
- Base salary: £36,000–£52,000 (depending on role level).
- Performance-driven bonus structure with caps on upside tailored to tenure.
- Guided career progression path from Associate → Senior Associate → Business Development → Partnership.
- Market exposure through rotations and assigned search responsibility from Day One.
- Individualised skill development to meet rapidly evolving client needs.
