Role Overview As an Associate, you will play a central role in identifying and securing high-calibre talent for our client partners. Responsibilities include: Conducting in-depth primary and secondary research to build a strong understanding of industries and market dynamics. Mapping markets and developing detailed knowledge of individuals, firms and sectors within our core areas. Building and maintaining relationships with senior professionals and emerging talent. Producing high-quality client reports focused on human capital, alongside tailored project analysis. Contributing to search delivery and supporting broader business development efforts where appropriate.
Candidate Profile Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: Strong academic performance (expected or achieved 2:1 or above). High emotional intelligence, with sound judgement and maturity in professional relationships. The ability to influence and persuade, with an understanding of individual motivations. Confidence and presence when engaging with senior professionals. A results-driven mindset and clear connection between effort and reward. Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving ability. A genuine interest in business and financial markets. Resilience and determination, demonstrated through overcoming challenges. Independence, initiative and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is intended for candidates graduating in Summer 2026.
