Job Description
OnPoint Holding is seeking a hands-on Associate Finance Manager to own two critical functions: group-level financial consolidation across all operating subsidiaries, and end-to-end compliance and taxation management for the Singapore holding entity. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly independent role that requires both technical depth and operational ownership. The successful candidate will drive the annual consolidation financial reporting, manage Singapore’s taxation, accounting and compliance, support day-to-day treasury and banking operations, and contribute to strategic corporate finance initiatives as the group continues its regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Group Consolidation & Management Reporting
- Prepare the group consolidated financial statements across all subsidiaries (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore holding) on annual basis, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
- Lead the group consolidated audit through to completion: serve as the main contact for the external group auditor, and coordinate with operating entities and their component auditors to deliver audit deliverables on schedule and resolve audit queries.
- Assist in preparing the monthly financial results across all subsidiaries for delivery to stakeholders.
Compliance & Taxation – Singapore Holding Entity
- Own the tax and statutory compliance of the Singapore holding entity, ensuring all filings are accurate and submitted on time. This covers corporate income tax filings (ECI) with IRAS, and annual returns and financial statements with ACRA. Act as the main point of contact with external tax advisors and the corporate secretary on all dealings with the tax and regulatory authorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Accounting & Treasury Operations
- Maintain the full set of accounts for the Singapore holding entity under Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS); manage month-end close, reconcile intercompany balances, and coordinate the annual statutory audit with external auditors.

- Prepare and manage the cash flow report at the holding/consolidated group level, monitoring inflows, outflows, and liquidity across all entities.
Corporate Finance & Strategic Projects
- Support ad-hoc and strategic projects across fundraising, M&A integration (e.g., Thailand acquisition), and due diligence – gathering financial data, aligning post-acquisition reporting, preparing investor disclosures, and liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, regulators, banking partners, and legal/corp sec counterparts to provide accurate, timely financial insights for executive decision-making.
