Our global mindset encourages you to take action on ideas, while we continually introduce fresh opportunities. We embrace the fast-paced world, seeing it as an arena where we all grow and succeed.

About Our Team

Our Authorised Funds team is a leading market force for retail funds in London:

  • Ranked Tier 1 for retail funds in the Legal 500.
  • Recognised as a "leading UK funds practice" advising all fund service providers.
  • Ranked Band 1 for open-ended funds (Chambers) as "a clear leader in open-ended fundsspace".

With decades of experience, we excel in:

  • Regulatory and tax compliance
  • Product development for fund management
  • Launching LTAFs (Long-Term Asset Funds)
  • SDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation) labels and OFR (Open Finance Recognition)
  • Structuring, investments, and asset transfers
  • Advising asset managers, depositary banks, and institutional investors

You will even contribute to our 2026 "Year of AI" initiative, utilising generative AI tools—like our Harvey AI legal assistant—across our platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Lexis Protégé) for research, drafting, and data analysis.

Role and Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
