Associate for High End Residential Projects
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Associate to join a high-end residential team based in West London. This role is ideal for an experienced and design-focused professional who can confidently lead projects, engage with clients, and deliver exceptional architectural solutions. You will play a key role in shaping bespoke residential schemes while contributing to a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages (0–7) Present design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative approach Undertake contract administration duties, ideally using JCT Intermediate contracts Produce and review detailed technical drawings and construction information

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in practice Proven experience in high-end residential projects (essential) Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) High level of design sensitivity and strong attention to detail Experience with listed buildings is advantageous MicroStation and/or Revit knowledge is beneficial Fluent written and spoken English and eligibility to work permanently in the UK The right to live and work in the UK
