Associate, Fund Finance

About the job

Associate, Fund Finance - Leading Private Markets Investor

Location: London

We are partnering with one of the world's leading private markets investors and a pioneer within the private equity and private credit secondaries market. With a global platform, significant AUM and an established institutional investor base, the firm has built a highly sophisticated investment and finance infrastructure.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified ACA professional looking to make their first move from practice into private markets. The role offers broad exposure beyond traditional financial reporting, providing a unique blend of treasury, fund performance, analytics, and strategic finance responsibilities within a leading investment platform.

Working closely with Investments, Execution, Investor Relations, and senior leadership, the successful candidate will gain exposure to liquidity management, fund economics, foreign exchange activity, financing facilities, and investor reporting across private equity and private credit secondaries strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
