Fund Finance Associate | 2–5 PQE | London
A leading global law firm with a standout reputation in the private funds market is looking to add a Fund Finance Associate (2–5 PQE) to its growing London team.
This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-performing practice where associates work closely with partners and gain significant exposure to sophisticated fund finance transactions.
The Practice
- Strong borrower-side focus acting for some of the world's leading private equity and alternative asset managers
- Growing private credit offering with exposure to both borrower and lender-side mandates
- Broad mix of fund finance products including capital call facilities, NAV lending, hybrid structures and emerging market-leading solutions
- Exposure to innovative products and evolving structures originating in the US market
