The Opportunity
The Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the fund management team with the management and reporting of international separate accounts (over €3bn in asset value). This position involves cross-functional collaboration, investor reporting, and portfolio support, with a clear pathway for professional development within fund management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Team Support
- Collaborate closely with senior fund managers to oversee international real estate separate accounts (traditional and alternate sectors) across Europe.
- Ensure seamless service delivery to clients by acting as the key interface, aligning solutions with their needs and objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate investor reporting materials (quarterly/annual reports, updates, ad-hoc requests) with primal focus on accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.

Performance & Strategic Oversight
- Support portfolio performance monitoring, including business plan tracking, valuations, cash flow, and return analysis.
- Maintain and develop trackers and dashboards to assess property and Fund returns at a portfolio level, in collaboration with the Fund Analyst.
- Assist in strategic asset execution, including capex programs, financings, and disposals, ensuring alignment across asset management, transactions, finance, tax, legal, and local teams.

Fund Operational Excellence
- Support fund/mandate operations, including liquidity forecasting, distribution processes, budgeting, and internal approval workflows (e.g., leases, capex).
- Assist in data governance, ensuring integrity and consistency of portfolio/investor data across systems and outputs.
- Contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, applicants should have:
- Demonstrable experience in financial services, real estate, or fund management—or a related investment/financial discipline—with exposure to:
- Financial analysis
- Reporting protocols
- Multi-stakeholder coordination
- Practical understanding of real estate investment and fund management, including:
- Basic financial modelling and cash flow analysis
- Experience with institutional investor reporting
- Degree-level education (minimum requirement)
- Essential soft skills:
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability
- Clear written & verbal communication
- Organisational skills with a proactive mindset
- Collaborative approach
