Job opportunity: Associate – Fund Management (International Separate Accounts)

About the Role

We’re seeking an Associate (Fund Management) to support the €3bn+ international separate accounts portfolio, contributing to investor reporting, portfolio operations, and strategic execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop expertise in fund management while working alongside senior leaders across EMEA and Europe’s real estate sectors.

This role is based in the advertisement location with at least four full days per week in-office (as of 1 October 2025). We cater to all candidates’ needs during the application and assessment process—just reach out to emea-talentacquisition@invesco.com for adjustments you may require.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior fund managers on real estate investing across traditional and alternative sectors
  • Coordinate investor reporting and materials (Q1, yearly, ad hoc reports) ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness
  • Monitor portfolio performance, track business plans, valuations, cash flows, and update key dashboards
  • Assist in data governance upgrades, automating processes, and maintaining investor data integrity
  • Support transactional execution, including cap-ex programmes, financings, and disposals
  • Work with finance, legal, tax, and asset managers to present fund strategy internally and to boards
  • Oversee fund operations (liquidity, distributions, budgeting) and internal approval workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, fund management, or real estate (preferably with financial modelling, reporting, or multi-stakeholder coordination)
  • Familiarity with real estate/sector-specific reporting and basic financial modelling
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Key traits: Attention to detail, strong analysis skills, clear communication, organisation, collaboration, proactiveness, ambition to develop in fund management
