Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate General Counsel to support DRW’s trading businesses and treasury management function in our London office.

Core Duties
- Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes and master confirmations, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), Master Give-Up Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements, and master confirmations.
- Advise internal business teams from initial discussions through documentation, execution, and ongoing post-execution support.
- Lead legal negotiations with counterparties and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, support groups, and outside counsel.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in the UK with a focus on derivatives.
- Strong familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements, and master confirmations.
- Knowledge of electronic trading and associated documentation.
- Experience negotiating derivatives and trading documentation with a range of entity types.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and on tight timelines.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the firm and across all functional groups.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Buy-side experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with digital assets and/or EFETs for physical gas trading is preferred but not required.
