GBP60,000 to GBP80,000 per Annum

Ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Associate Geotechnical Engineer to lead challenging ground engineering projects, mentor talented engineers, and help deliver practical, commercially focused solutions across diverse sectors.

As an Associate Geotechnical Engineer, you will oversee investigations, geotechnical design, technical reporting, and client relationships while supporting business growth. Working from Plymouth, you will contribute to projects involving infrastructure, development, slope stability, retaining structures, contaminated land, and site investigations.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Geotechnical Engineer with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage projects from proposal through delivery. Chartered status, or progression towards it, is desirable.

Candidate Requirements

  • Live within a commutable distance of Plymouth or Exeter
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Substantial experience in the ground investigation sector
  • Full right to work in the UK permanently
