Department Overview
Global Pricing sits within Fidelity’s Product Management and Reconciliations capability. This team:
- Runs processes at the fund level for client investments
- Oversees bulk dealing trades, fund pricing confirmations, and onboarding of both Fidelity and third-party funds across platforms
- Drives accuracy and velocity in fund pricing
Purpose of the Role
As a Global Pricing Associate, you’ll be central to ensuring:

Key Responsibilities
Core Activities
- Trade Processing:
- Execute daily cut-offs for fund dealing, bulk processes, and pricing confirmations across:
- Fidelity Onshore
- Fidelity Offshore
- Third-party funds
- Workplace Investment (WI) offerings
- Multinational Life Company (MNLC) funds
- Execute daily cut-offs for fund dealing, bulk processes, and pricing confirmations across:
- Data Reconciliation:
- Input, reconcile, and quality-check deals for settlement with third parties
- Input third-party fund prices and validate accuracy
- Corporate Action Management:
- Support fund mergers, launches, and closures for existing and new providers
- Process Improvement:
- Gain a deep technical understanding of pricing workflows
- Ensure compliance with ever-evolving regulatory requirements
- Communication & Escalation:
- Monitor and update progress
- Escalate business-critical issues appropriately
Flexibility
- Cover multiple shift patterns (8 am to 8 pm):
- Rotating schedules: 8 am–4 pm → 12 pm–8 pm
- Routine UK bank holiday shift coverage (requests accommodated as needed)
- Independence with strong collaboration skills

Experience & Qualifications

Technical Skills
