About the Role
Kennedys is seeking an Associate to join our renowned Healthcare Team, based in our Birmingham office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on NHS Resolution EL/PL (Employers’ Liability & Professional Indemnity) matters and become part of our dedicated and high-performing team.
Team Overview
The Healthcare division at Kennedys provides specialised legal services to:

- NHS Trusts
- Medical malpractice insurers for private hospitals, clinics, and practitioners

Requirements

We seek applicants with:
- 1-3 years’ qualified legal experience (with relevant EL/PL exposure)
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Litigation experience in Employment Law (EL) and Professional Liability (PL)
- The ability to manage and progress an independent EL/PL caseload
