Associate HR Business Partner - Norfolk, Waveney and Suffolk
Associate HR People Partner (HRPP)
Location: Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire Working Pattern: Supplements HR People Partner, embedded in Trust business unit/operational locality/specialist service
The Role
Reporting to the HR People Partner, the Associate HR People Partner (HRPP) provides specialist HR support, advice, and guidance to operational management in:
- A Trust business unit
- An operational locality
- A specialist service area
Primarily focused on being an interface between operational management and centralised services, ensuring seamless communication regarding workforce and position establishment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Act as a People Partner across multiple directorates and senior management teams
✔ Develop a deep understanding of business plans and HR issues to identify workforce needs
