Associate in Commercial Dispute Resolution – Irwin Mitchell

Description

Brighton / Gatwick office

Irwin Mitchell’s Brighton / Gatwick office is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ PQE) to join its nationally recognised Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

  • Work: Exposure to a broad mix of high-value, complex disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership and professional negligence matters, with opportunities to handle urgent and reputation-sensitive cases.
  • Role: Manage cases with growing autonomy, work directly with clients, and contribute to business development within a collaborative national team.
  • Candidate: Strong commercial litigator with excellent drafting and analytical skills, a client-focused mindset, and ambition to develop within a leading disputes practice.
