Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week. We operate a Fix + Flex model, with Wednesdays and Thursdays as our two Fix Days, when everyone is in the office, and the third day is Flex for you - either Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.

WHO WE ARE
We are Born Social, a social-first creative agency that brings brand building into the social era. We have a track record of delivering transformation for iconic brands like Guinness, Ford, and Barclays, led by our team of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology.
Backed by the strength of a brilliant business that's proudly B-Corp certified, we're consistently recognised as one of the best places to work.
We're an ambitious team of over 175 people across the UK & US and not stopping there.
We are now in an exciting position to bring an Associate Influence Director into the team - a newly formalised role built to give our talent and casting expertise the dedicated specialism it deserves.
You'll work in our Influence team, reporting into the Head of Influence, working alongside a dedicated Associate Influence Strategist as your strategic counterpart.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Influence at Born is Creator-Led Brand Building - we don't see creators as a bolt-on amplification tactic, we build them into brand strategy from the ground up. This role sits at the sharp end of that belief. You'll own the relationships, negotiations, and delivery that turn creator partnerships into brilliantly executed brand moments, working across our Creator talent pools and helping shift creators from amplifiers to genuine strategic integrators.
Creator Strategy
- You'll be developing sharp insights and creative springboards alongside our Creative, Strategy and Media teams, shaping genuinely creator-led RTBs. You'll own this process across your day-to-day clients, ensuring the work delivers on our Creator-Led Brand Building proposition, with support from your Director or Head of Influence on larger, more complex briefs.
- You'll be connecting Influence with our wider Creative, Media and Strategy teams, ensuring creator thinking is integrated from the outset rather than bolted on.
Casting & Vetting
- You'll be overseeing the end-to-end casting and vetting process, working with your Influence Manager or Senior Influence Manager to develop creator frameworks grounded in commercial, cultural and strategic rigour.
- You'll champion diverse, representative creator casting that reflects a brand's real audience.
- You'll present creator recommendations to clients with confidence, backed by clear strategic rationale.
Commercial & Client Leadership
- You'll lead high-value talent negotiations, including VIP and celebrity partnerships, confidently managing complex commercial discussions across usage rights, licensing, production costs and paid amplification.
- You'll act as the point of commercial and production truth for clients, managing expectations around rates, rights and timelines while ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest standard. Working closely with Client Services and Project Management, you'll help deliver exceptional work on budget and on schedule.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Campaign Delivery, Measurement & Quality
- You'll set the standard for creator communications from briefing through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and relationships are managed effectively while working collaboratively with brands, creators and agents.
- With an understanding of what great reporting looks like, you'll work closely with senior leaders to evolve our measurement frameworks and ensure delivery teams produce high-quality reporting and apply the right tools and approaches to measure campaign success.
- You'll quality-control talent-facing work to protect creator relationships and Born's reputation, acting as the first point of escalation for high-profile creator partnerships and involving the Head of Influence where appropriate.
Industry Leadership & Team Development
- You'll grow our network of creators and agency partners through relationship building, networking and industry events.
- You'll mentor junior team members, modelling commercial rigour, strategic thinking and genuine respect for creators as partners, while setting the standard for how we work and lead at Born.
- You'll help shape best-in-class Influence strategy and execution by contributing to thought leadership, white papers, events and speaking opportunities where appropriate. New Business & Pitching
- You'll contribute creator and talent expertise to new business pitches and proposals when called upon, helping the wider team make the strongest possible case for Influence.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Talent-obsessed: you know the creator economy inside out, and see relationships with talent and their representatives as the job, not a task within it.
- Commercially sharp: you're comfortable owning negotiation, rates and rights conversations, and you protect margin without damaging relationships.
- Delivery-first, strategically sound: you take pride in executing brilliantly with your team, and you are excited and motivated by pushing work out of the deck and into reality.
- Results-oriented: you take pride in great results - both internally when it comes to running efficient and profitable campaigns, and externally when it comes to strategic alignment and measurement excellence of your projects
- Calm under pressure: production timelines slip, creators go quiet, briefs change - you keep things moving without losing your cool.
- Innovation mindset: you love the advancements of this industry and are open to collaboration and pitching new ideas for how we can be the best we can be
- A true partner to creators: you see creators as professionals to be respected, not assets to be managed.
- Client confident: you are comfortable and confident in pitching and engaging with clients to create collaborative, integrated creator work
- Highly organised: Influence moves fast - there's a lot of content and a lot of deadlines, so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
- Pride in your work: we treat our clients' brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You take real pride in what you deliver.
