Associate (Information Management & Digital Delivery)

Associate (Information Management & Digital Delivery)

London/Bristol/Glasgow/Derby/York

Permanent Position

Office/Home Hybrid Working

Do you want to provide leadership in digital delivery? Can you inspire others? Are you experienced information management? Then, this is the place to create the solutions the world needs today to enable a better tomorrow.

Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow

To strengthen our UK & Ireland digital delivery capability, we are looking for an experienced Associate (Information Management & Digital Delivery) to join us. Working on a range of infrastructure and energy projects you’ll provide leadership across information management, ISO 19650 implementation, and digital delivery governance and assurance.

This role provides depth, resilience, and influence across projects and frameworks (internally and externally), while supporting bids within the UK&I. It also contributes to knowledge-sharing across UK&I, Business Line UK & International, and alignment across the wider COWI business. The role is suited to an individual who brings strong professional credibility, sound judgement, and a pragmatic understanding of how information management and digital delivery enable better project outcomes.

The individual will operate as a trusted peer within the Digital Delivery Management Team, supporting alignment and operational delivery effectiveness. The role balances governance and assurance with hands-on engagement where required, ensuring standards are applied in a way that is scalable, practical, and aligned with project realities.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Information Management & ISO 19650 Leadership

  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in information management and the application of the ISO 19650 framework across UK&I projects
  • Translate standards, guidance, and governance requirements into practical, adoptable delivery approaches that support project teams
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk information management challenges, providing clear, proportionate guidance.

Delivery-Connected Governance & Assurance

  • Maintain a strong connection to live project delivery, ensuring information management approaches remain grounded in operational reality
  • Support project teams during mobilisation, delivery, and assurance stages, including targeted intervention where projects require stabilisation or reset
  • Contribute to audit, assurance, and compliance activity, ensuring outcomes are focused on quality, consistency, and value rather than process alone

Frameworks, Bids & Mobilisation

  • Provide input to bids, tenders, and framework responses, shaping information management strategies, risk positions, and mobilisation approaches
  • Support project and framework mobilisation, ensuring information requirements, delivery plans, and governance structures are clearly defined and achievable
  • Contribute to commercial discussions where information management scope, resourcing, and delivery models impact project performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
