About the Role

As an Associate within the London Infrastructure Investment Management Team, you will play a key role in originating, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across Patrizia’s diverse portfolio of Infrastructure private equity assets, as well as supporting active asset management and value creation initiatives.

The Associate will be a key collaborator, working cross-functionally across teams, global colleagues, and internal stakeholders to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outputs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contributing to investment screening, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and completion of investment opportunities
  • Supporting the relevant team(s) in all aspects of on-going investment/fund management
  • Supporting new investment origination and monitoring market developments
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing relationships with external parties including clients, advisers, brokers etc
  • Supporting fund raising and business development goals of the Investment Division

What We Look For

  • 2-5 years of experience in infrastructure investing, investment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and valuation techniques.
  • Demonstrated transaction experience, including due diligence and execution of complex deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
