We are now working with a very successful global investment bank based in London.
They are looking to recruit an Associate into their Infrastructure Investment Banking advisory team. The team has a great track record, working with a range of corporates and private equity funds on buy and sell side advisory deals.

- Working on the execution of transactions for a broad range of infrastructure clients
- Deals can involve M&A/ debt advisory/ corporate finance
- Deal structuring
- Financial modelling and analysts
- Working on the preparation of information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

- Background in investment banking, M&A, Big Four lead advisory M&A
- Experience in infrastructure deal execution
- Track record of working on M&A transactions from the start of a process to the finish
- Strong organisational skills, being able to effectively lead a project team
- Financial modelling skills
