Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Summary

We're building a globally distributed team of Instructors to deliver a large-scale AI enablement program for a leading global financial institution. You'll design and deliver hands-on, role-based AI training to employees across the enterprise — helping them move from basic awareness to confident, practical use of tools like Copilot, Enterprise GPT, Claude, Gemini, and others.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver three types of training: ongoing "business-as-usual" enablement for new features/products, role-specific targeted training, and specialized events (hackathons, prompt-a-thons, immersive activations).
  • Work with business stakeholders to shape new training requests and identify learning objectives.
  • Design and customize training content and learning assets, blending existing client materials with your own curriculum.
  • Deliver hands-on, immersive sessions mapped directly to real job workflows — not generic tool overviews.
  • Split time roughly 50/50 between live delivery and preparation (content design, research on the latest AI platform features).
  • Contribute to a feedback loop with the core program team to flag adoption challenges and content gaps.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering technical or software training, ideally in a corporate/enterprise setting.
  • Working fluency across major AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT/Enterprise GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.) — you don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you should be comfortable learning and teaching multiple.
  • Strong facilitation skills — confident leading in-person and virtual sessions for varied audiences, from beginners to power users.
  • Ability to translate technical capability into practical, role-relevant use cases.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where content changes as platforms update.
  • Prior experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.

Other

Primarily onsite (3 days/week) at client offices, with occasional travel to other office.
