Associate Interior Designer

Location: Leeds Studio

Salary: Dependent on experience

Contract Type: Full-time

C&W Interiors designs spaces that enrich everyday life - creating environments where people connect, create and thrive.

Following continued growth, exciting project wins and the ongoing expansion of our interiors team, we’re looking for a talented Associate Interior Designer to join us in our Leeds Studio.

As an Associate Interior Designer in the C&W Interiors team, you will play a key role in leading projects, building client relationships and shaping exceptional interior environments across a diverse range of sectors. Working closely with our leadership team, you will oversee projects from concept through to completion, mentor designers and help drive continued growth.

This role is ideal if you want to:

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-quality interior projects across multiple sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop talented designers within a collaborative team environment.
  • Drive design quality, innovation and technical excellence across every stage of a project.
  • Contribute to business development and growing existing client relationships.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong design, presentation and communication skills with confidence leading client meetings and workshops.
  • Proven experience managing projects from briefing and concept through to technical delivery and completion.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor, motivate and develop others.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing project programmes, budgets and consultant teams.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • BA (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • Extensive experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and successful project delivery.
