📍 Location: London 📅 Job Type: Permanent / Full-time 🏢 Company: Omni Bridgeway

About Omni Bridgeway

Omni Bridgeway Limited (ASX:OBL) is a publicly listed global leader in legal finance, managing a diversified portfolio of legal assets across Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, the UK, and the US. We collaborate with individual claimants, law firms, corporations, sovereigns and multilateral institutions, assessing investment and enforcement opportunities derived from large, structured portfolios of consumer and corporate legal claims.

About The Role

The Associate Investment Manager will operate within the asset-backed / structured credit strategy, focusing on investments collateralised by secured facilities tied to contingent legal receivables arising from individual litigations. The role spans the entire investment lifecycle, integrating:

  • Active portfolio management: Monitoring portfolio performance against modelled returns, key assumptions, and deal covenants.
  • Financial modelling: Building, maintaining, and testing models for fair-value assessments, cash-flow projections, and risk analysis.
  • Underwriting & negotiation: Assisting in structuring new transactions, assessing deal risk, and engaging with legal and financial stakeholders.

This position demands a blend of structured-credit expertise, financial modelling, legal analysis, risk management, and commercial judgement. The ideal candidate will amplify their understanding of legal finance, risk assessment, and corporate credit dynamics while contributing to investor and stakeholder communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
