The job will require a diverse skill set. Main responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with in-house teams throughout the platform to update and maintain materials, and create new content (for example: presentations and other investor deliverables). This includes reporting deliverables as well as investor presentations.
- Plan and support virtual and on-site investor meetings and asset tours, and prepare related materials.
- Prepare Word and Excel due diligence questionnaires, written responses to RFPs (requests for proposal), and ad-hoc investor requests.
- Support tasks related to capital raising initiatives across Jamestown’s full suite of investment products and capabilities.
- Maintain databases and tracking logs related to department functions and activities.
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service to investors.
- Proofread and edit documents.
- Evaluate current and potential processes to improve and determine best practices.
- Coordinate effectively with the broader Investor Relations team to ensure alignment and an organized approach.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate information in databases and within the CRM systems

Education: Educational background in real estate, finance, business, or a related field of study
Work experience: 4-6 years of experience, preferably experience working in fund management, investor relations or capital raising department
Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, listening)
- Strong Work Ethic: High degree of self-motivation, pro-activity, personal accountability, teamwork and collaboration
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to meet tight deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority
- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professionally maintain composure & effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
- Logical, methodical and results-oriented approach to problem solving
- Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel if/as needed
Knowledge of:
- MS Excel and Word
- Foxit PDF or Adobe Acrobat PDF
- AI tools/software
- CRM systems such as Salesforce or Juniper Square
