The Investor Relations function is responsible for the management and coordination of interactions with our global investor base. This role is within the Investor Servicing team focused on Private Wealth products, with responsibility for the overall client experience including onboarding, investor and advisor support, reporting, and technology integration.
As a key member of the Investor Services team, the individual will ensure that the needs of our existing investors and prospective investors are met in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
The ideal candidate has experience with evergreen fund structures and understands the nuances of distribution partners (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, independent broker/dealers) and their service providers. They understand how financial professionals transact in alternatives, work closely with the sales team, and liaise regularly with finance, investment, product, and legal/compliance teams. They are comfortable interacting with clients and have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end investor lifecycle and transfer agent relationship, including onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, account maintenance, and reporting.
- Field inquiries from Financial Advisors, investors, home office contacts, custodians, and internal stakeholders regarding Coller’s investment offerings.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Coller funds, including: the financial reports of each fund, the underlying investments, and our bespoke financial system, to be able to access information independently to draft responses to more complex queries and to contribute to the production of collateral for investors.
- Partner with Coller’s investment team, finance, and third-party transfer agents on client inquiries, problem resolution, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure investor onboarding, communications, and document distribution activities comply with regulatory requirements, fund offering guidelines, and internal controls.
- Generate and deliver internal and external reporting.
- Support the onboarding of, and ongoing coordination with, Private Wealth digital platforms and custodians, as well as distribution partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration and a best-in-class investor experience.
- Maintenance of the Salesforce customer relationship management system to support Coller Capital’s investor relations and fundraising activities.
- Take part in projects and initiatives to ensure Coller Capital continues to deliver a best-in-class investor experience.
- Production of valuation reports, webcasts, investor meeting materials, and other ad hoc materials.
- Where relevant, participate in update meetings and calls with investors or financial advisors.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
